First of all, everyone could use a little botox in my opinion.
 

It's preventative, tightens skin, it reduces wrinkles and perspiration, what more can we ask for?!

Here are a few ways to find out if you are a candidate for Botox:

1. You can start by making a "mean" face, which will show you the need to address the "11's" of the face. Then ask yourself, does it bother you? If you have answered yes, then get it treated because it's only going to get worst if you don't. 

2. Next, you are going to smile and find if the crow's feet are on the sides of the eyes that will need some attention. This is a popular place that helps a person look rested and refreshed. 

3. Raise your eyebrows. Assess movement and ask yourself if you want a forehead free of wrinkles or maybe movement in this area doesn't bother you. Most who want the movement in between their eyes (11's) injected, like to continue that relaxation in their forehead. Just keep in mind, relaxation may mean initially feeling "heavy" on the forehead. This is a common feeling to someone who has never had Botox. 

4. Some additional facial exercises to do are pursing your lips- look for deep lines above the lip and/or a pebbles chin also known as orange peel chin. If this is happening you are a candidate for Botox in these areas to relax and prevent deep lines and buckling of your chin. 

5. Do you find that the corners of your mouth are turning downwards?
 

There is an answer for that and you guessed it, Botox!

 
6. Or maybe you are waking up with headaches and a sore jaw. Grind your teeth, now palpate the back ends of your jaw, and feel for a "boulder" muscle known as the masseter. Botox can be injected into this area to minimize grinding. It not only helps with aches and pains of the jaw, but it also helps slims the face a bit!
